Matt Arvedson

Matt attended the University of Wisconsin for his undergraduate degree in biochemistry, where studied transplant immunology and the role of IL-35, then worked at Stanford as a staff research associate, working on the role of Epstein-Barr virus in causing cancer in pediatric transplant recipients. During his graduate training, Matt hopes to study fundamental immunological processes and apply them in a translational setting for the treatment of cancer, transplantation or autoimmunity.
