Ezequiel Ponce
Junior Specialist
Ezequiel Ponce grew up in the South Bay Area. He attended UC Davis where he obtained a degree in biochemistry and molecular biology. Here, under the NIH MARC fellowship, he worked in the Keith Baar Lab where he studied the transcriptional regulation of age-associated muscle degeneration.
At the Parent Lab, he is excited to contribute to groundbreaking science while further developing as a scientist and future medical professional. In his free time, Ezequiel is often found either playing soccer, watching sports, or spending time with loved ones.
